Reality Check – From March 2013

Just under one month ago, it was publicized that President Hugo Chavez had been providing heating oil to certain U.S. cities for eight years, ever since Hurricane Katrina. He passed away on March 5, 2013, and was funeralized on Friday, March 8.

It’s a damn shame that back when he wanted to provide help directly to the people of Louisiana and Mississippi, George Bush the 2nd  told him no. His country wasn’t the only one. However, he still found a way to provide help directly to those who needed it. What does that say about Bush and the rest of our government?
